MC Construction did an outstanding job building an outdoor kitchen and remodeling a bathroom for me. Michael and Christian were super easy to work with and hired first rate sub-contractors for my job. They always were on time and cleaned up everything inside and out, every day. Michael came out and gave a very detailed estimate and schedule for the job. They finished it at the exact cost and on schedule.
I can't recommend these guys enough.....they were outstanding! The best construction company I have ever dealt with.

MC Construction and Remodeling converted a regular bath into a roll in shower, enlarged doorways and created a front door ramp. Michael and Christian managed the projects smoothly and worked through hickups that were caused by vendors. The quoting, work definition and finantial negotions were professional and pain free. Scheduling and working with Mike and Christians crews was a pleasure. They showed up when they said and were considerate and hard working. Their work quality was top notch. In the end, we ended up adding another project to fix our outdoor kitchen which they completed quickly and looked great. I will definitly work with them again.

MC construction is an excellent team with amazing talent and skills. They did a complete remodel of our kitchen and removed a 20+ year old bamboo floor to install beautiful hard maple in the entire place. Every step of the way, Michael kept us informed and offered expert guidance. They stayed on schedule and budget! Our first call for our next project will be to MC Construction! A+++

This is the second time that we have worked with Michael and Christian and their crew. These guys are excellent. In the past, they replaced trim and baseboards throughout the house and painted interior doors. They also replaced our front door. This time they worked with us as we replaced air ducts behind drywall. They recommended an AC guy to replace the ducts and then MC patched the walls and ceilings and painted. They also replaced the bathroom flooring and installed a new bathroom vanity. They ripped out old wallpaper in the bathroom and painted the walls. The bathroom looks amazing! In the kitchen, they took out the old box light that we had from the 80's and installed recessed lighting throughout the ceiling. It also looks amazing. Communicating with this company is very easy. I felt comfortable calling or texting Michael or Christian throughout the project as these came up or as I added more to the project. An additional project that we had them do was a retaining wall for leveling ground to install a shed in our back yard. The crew is super nice and polite and trustworthy. We were out of town for a week with them working in our house and not a single issue. They even cleaned up after themselves every day which was extra great because we were still living in the space with two little kids during the project. Pricing is definitely fair and they even line itemize things so that we can pick what we want to move forward with or not. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Myke and his team did the remodel of our kitchen and we couldn't be happier. The first time we met, Myke told me that he thought the job would be five weeks. I had my doubts, but he totally delivered. Not only with the timeline, but with quality work, great subs, true collaboration and a work ethic rarely seen these days. Our family and friends just ooh and aah over the new space and sometimes I just stand and stare - it's that beautiful! We feel fortunate to have found MC Remodels and Myke and will be using him on another project in the coming year. Do yourself a favor - if you are planning any kind of remodel or work in your home - give him a call.

MC Construction did a 450 sq ft room addition for us about 7 months ago. We basically built a new room onto the back of the house where the back patio used to be. We wanted it to be a flexible space for TV, homework, hanging out, games, sleepovers, etc. We replaced the original back door with French doors to lead from the kitchen into the new room. The project entailed removing an old concrete patio and patio cover, pouring new concrete slab, removing siding from exterior wall, framing, insulation, new siding, shingled roof, new small porch and cover, gutters, windows, electrical, moving hose spigot, removing a window from the old exterior wall and closing it up, new flooring, painting the new room, painting the entire home exterior, installing a mini split heating and cooling system, exterior door, and French doors. MC handled all of that, start to finish.

The crew- Michael and Cristian are the owners. They are extremely responsive, professional, and communicate well with you throughout the project. It's important to them that they do good work and the client is satisfied. They have a solid team of employees that have been with them for quite some time. Every crew member was kind, puntual, and respectful of our home. Everyone takes pride in their work. The MC crew did the majority of the work, but they have a few companies that they coordinated with for some aspects of the job, such as the AC installation and painting the whole house exterior. You can feel confident in the people that they choose to work with. Taking on a major project like this while living on your home is going to be somewhat disruptive, but the crew made it as painless as possible. We were still able to go about our day and even continue working from home.

The finished product- They knocked this out fast and even finished a few weeks ahead of schedule. We are very pleased with the final outcome. Everything was well done. We basically came up with the design of the room ourselves and they made it happen. It's the most used room in our home. Although it is an addition, it doesn't feel like one. The exterior matches the rest of the house perfectly and the inside has a very natural flow. The workmanship is high quality.

Pricing- I feel like what they charged was very reasonable. The initial quote never changed aside from some extra things we decided to add on later. This was the best investment we could have made in our home. For what some people pay for a kitchen remodel, we got an entire room and increased our square footage by nearly 20%. I love that all of the finishing touches were included. Most people move to get a larger house, but this turned out to be the better option for us from both a financial and a practical standpoint.

Any negatives? I think for a project of this scale, some hiccups are inevitable. Any concerns we had were promptly addressed. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. This was the best experience we've ever had with a contractor. I'd recommend them for a home addition like we did or any smaller project you might have. These guys do it all and they're genuinely good people that you'll enjoy working with.

Our latest project with Michael and the MC Construction crew was turning a powder room into a full bath with a walk in shower. It involved walling up one door, turning the second door into a pocket from the existing den and turning the closet that had housed the hot water heater into an L-shaped part of the room for the new location of the vanity. The former vanity location now is a beautifully tiled floor to ceiling walk-in with plenty of room. George does the best tile work I know of and takes deep pride in his work. This job involved demo, electrical, plumbing, painting, construction and tiling. I did my own wallpapering. We couldn't be more pleased and will probably be using MÇ again in the not so distant future.
